Hi,

I was raised in the sunny Okanagan Valley on 84 acres of farmland. Rodeos were always part of my life as my family raised rodeo stock, and my father was a professional bullfighter. My mother was a professional photographer for many years and passed on the passion to me.​ Beginning taking photos at The Falkland Stampede with a small point and shoot, I was complimented on my angles and how close I liked to get to the animals. 13 years, some publications and a lot of new equipment later, that hasn't changed. My aspirations have just gotten more ambitious.

I do most of my work with the rodeo world and will forever have a love of fast horses and the ones who make the events happen. Working closely with such rodeos as The Falkland Stampede and the Nicola Valley Pro Rodeo Association I have learned so much more about the events and the animals behind my lens.
